| Roscon is a specialist provider of property reporting and facilities management services to business in the Owners Corporation and Insurance industries. We deliver services which are not core to our clients operations, enabling our clients to focus on their core business. Roscon has evolved from its history of developing its own projects, construction & management of commercial and industrial projects. Its operations established in Melbourne since 1987. Since our beginning Roscon has extended its service capabilities into, building industry reporting, facilities management and project management. Roscon’s policies and procedures are accredited with ISO 9001, Master Builders Association, Australian Institute of Project Management and Strata Community Australia. All of Roscon's staff and contractors are fully trained in their field of expertise. We are interested in your success. The Roscon Group of Companies has also received platinum member status by the Master Builders Association of Victoria – MBAV and is also a member of Strata Community Australia. Our directors hold the following credentials - Paul Cummaudo is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building authority – VBA (Domestic Builder Unlimited - DB-U 13329) & (Commercial Builder Unlimited - CB-U 4272). Other registrations – VIC Business Licensing Authority (BLA) as a Licenced Estate Agent in Victoria, NSW Contractor Licence 294038C, NSW Builder Supervisor Certificate 77390S and QLD Builder Open - No: 15116625, his memberships include - Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management -AIPM, The Real Estate Institute of Victoria -REIV, and the Real Estate Institute of Australia - REIA. John Kendrick is Registered with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) as a Fire Safety Engineer also holds registrations in other states – QLD Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ 06875) and (MIEAust 2340050) his memberships include - Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and is an Associate Member of the Society of Fire Safety.
